JD for Property Consultant
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals with confidence
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Find and reach out to new prospects
- Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements on behalf of clients.
- prepare review and ensure accuracy and legal compliance
- Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
- Meet the clients and understand their needs and preferences.
- Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings.
Requirements and qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in the real estate industry (freshers with a passion for real estate would also be welcomed)
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of additional languages would be preferred.
- Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable and approachable attitude.
