- Stay up to date with market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking events.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven track record in sales within the real estate development sector (both off-plan and secondary).
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to conduct market analysis and formulate effective sales plans.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages would be a strong asset.
- Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive approach to effectively engage clients and successfully close deals.
